These terms apply to all bookings made with Super Taxi Kochi. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
1. Fares & inclusions
Quoted fares are all-inclusive of fuel, driver allowance (bata) and AC unless stated otherwise. Toll charges, parking fees and interstate permits are charged at actuals and are payable by the customer. Hill-station surcharges, where applicable, are shown at the time of quoting.
2. Kilometre & time limits
Local day packages include 100 km and 8 hours; outstation packages include 250 km and 12 hours per day. Distance and time beyond these limits are charged at the applicable per-km and per-hour rates.
3. Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of an advance, with the balance payable on or before the trip as agreed. We accept cash, UPI and card. Quoted rates may vary during peak and festival seasons; any such variation is communicated before confirmation.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the trip type and notice given. Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or amend a booking. Advance amounts may be partially or fully refundable depending on timing and any costs already incurred.
5. Driver & vehicle
We endeavour to provide the vehicle category booked; in rare cases of unavailability an equivalent or higher category will be provided. Driving hours follow safe-driving practice, and overnight halts include driver accommodation or night bata as applicable.
6. Liability
We take all reasonable care for passenger safety and comfort. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
